Diomedes was the second most powerful of the Greek warriors, surpassed only by Achilles. He was the King of Anatolia. He was able to wound two of the gods, Aphrodite and Ares (click here details). In addition he was able to slay Pandarus and wound the Trojan Prince Aeneas.
