
| Military Policeman Sgt. Hugo Arne served with the 32nd Infantry Division for 32 months in the SW Pacific. He served as rifle squad leader in Buna Campaign, later was with the Div. MP Detachment through the New Guinea and Leyte Campaigns. He wears Silver Star awarded for action at Buna, Purple Heart, Good Conduct ribbon, pre-Pearl Harbor ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign ribbon with three battle stars, and the Dist. Unit Badge. He is now with the Motor Squad of the Fort Benning MP's. |
