3rd Defense Bn. Installations. Plotting room of a 5" Gun Battery. It is all underground and electical lights are supplied by generator. They have lanterns in case of electical light failure along with flashlights. Cloke plotting board, deflection board, percentage correct RCB, prediction chart and switchboard can all be seen. Guadalcanal - July 1943
