SOMETHING NEW HAS BEEN ADDED.On the new Orote airfield on Guam, Marine Corsairs, manning the recently captured strip, provide a strange contrast to the battered Jap Mitsuibishi bomber in the background. The bomber was one of 76 Jap planes captured by invading Marine troops which wrested the airfield from Jap hands on July 29 after weeks of naval shelling, aerial bombardment and artillery barrages of the coral airdrome. August 8, 1944
