JAP PLANES SIGHTED: Photo interpretation officer of the Marine Cors. plane, reports two Jap planes approaching. He made his report to the pilot by way of throat microphone and then signals the belly gunner by hand signals. The enemy planes seldom tangle with these veritable fortresses and these two were no different. Guadalcanal - April 1943
